A harsh fetish BDSM book that is a little too unrealistic to be satisfying. My copy is missing the complete chapter 9.Revised: Well, I didn’t like it even though it met all the plot, character and erotic needs of a good, sexy book that should have satisfied me. There were many excellent sexual activity descriptions but I felt that they were severe with sessions too close together to seem realistic without harming the submissive. The location was a private extremely expensive BDSM club with both controlled and non-controlled situations where refusal of a Dom’s requirements was cause for discharge from the club’s money sharing contract with the entertainer. No safe words were permitted and only self-directed after care seemed to happen. In all fairness, it was the submissive that was more self destructive than the dominants were uncontrolled. This book was difficult for me to review because I do not like to give negative appraisals.

This is basically the story of Brianna's various experiences in sexual torture. While I commend the author for imagination, and many of the tortures were arousing, I would have enjoyed it more if Brianna had developed a relationship with a man who could satisfy her needs. However her only relationships were with her fellow female entertainers at the club. This was not what I was hoping for.
Breanne puts on her best seduction moves to win an entertainment position at the Silver Locke. She's got exactly what it takes to stir up the heat! Very arousing and excellently written. Definitely enjoyed the variety of pleasures and creative approaches to inspire lust and experimentation!
Mr Alexander writes well, and does excellent descriptions, not to mention his imagination. The fact that his heroine thoroughly enjoys her work made this truly special. There were a few typos, but they did not detract from the enjoyment. I will purchase more of his books.
Even though this story didn't entirely work for me, for reasons I don't care to get into, it was unique and is bound to appeal to many.
I gave this book one less star because i would have liked some romance, but this is my fault because the description is a curate. Bree is just a pain freak and just about anything goes with her. The book just moves from one scene to another happening in this club she joins. The scenes were hot and had a wide variety of play. So i would recommend this book as long as you dont expect any feelings involved. Personally. I lime to have a hunky man being a love interest.
In many ways I enjoyed Breanne's story of practically non-stop kinky sex work. What it lacks is an actual plot. The description says Breanne is "coming to grips with her own need for pain, humiliation, and sexual release," but if there is any inner thought beyond, "oh, I really like this", I missed it. This is basically a non-stop kinky sex romp. They have their place, but do not be confused that there is an actual plot here.
